Myler Bits

The Myler Brand of horse bit designs has developed into the Myler System which is a whole new way of understanding how the bit works in your horse's mouth. Ron, Dale and Bob Myler are third generation horsemen who developed a theory of tongue relief and tongue pressure through training their own horses. Their unique mouthpiece designs and innovative cheek pieces give the rider excellent communication with the horse and allow the horse to relax into the bridle and go looking for the contact with the riders rein and hand.

Myler are one of the market leaders in terms of horse and pony bitting solutions for horses where their is a need to provide tongue relief. The Myler range has been developed over many years into the Myler system with graduated levels of tongue relief through the range starting with Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, each level has a collection of different bit designs made in the following configurations which are labelled with MB (Myler Bit) numbers such as MB32, MB36, MB02, MB04, MB06 and these are all different models of bit design having mouth pieces with different levels of tongue relief for the horse made from stainless steel or sweet iron material.
