The Ionair Ceramic Technology Rug is designed for pre-warm up aid and effective post exercise cool-down.

Ceramic minerals are embedded and infused within the fibres of the fabric, ensuring the ceramic benefits last for the lifetime of the rug and will not wash out.

We recommend using the Ionair Ceramic Technology rug before exercise to help prepare the muscles for work, and after to help reduce lactic acid build up caused by exercise.
