Temporary saddle-fit alteration - The saddle pad comes with one set of Thick shims and one set of thin shims more of the thick or thin shims can be purchased separately.

A versatile saddle pad for adjusting saddle balance featuring Prolite® inserts that can be used or removed as necessary to alter the depth at the front or rear part of the pad. If the saddle is too low at the front the back will lift and the wither clearance will be reduced, using the thick shims the saddle gullet width can be reduced by up to one size which will prevent the saddle dropping in front (provided that is enough padding) and the back of the saddle will not lift. if the back of the saddle is too low using the thick shims at the rear pockets will help lift the saddle into balance and reduce any pressure on the back of the saddle. Use it without any inserts as a standard Relief Pad.
